Terms & Conditions – Pre-Launch Token Booking

Effective Date: December 2025

Welcome to the official pre-launch page of Yashada Evo Punawale – a premium 13-acre township by Yashada Developers. By submitting your interest, filling the form, or paying any token amount (Golden/Platinum), you unconditionally agree to the following terms:

1. Images, Renders & Brochure

All images, 3D views, walkthroughs, and marketing material are artistic impressions only. Final specifications, layout, elevation, and amenities may vary.

2. Pricing & Payment Plans

Prices mentioned (including pre-launch offers) are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final price, payment plan, and additional charges (GST, stamp duty, registration, PLC, IFMS, club membership, parking, etc.) will be as per the Agreement for Sale at the time of booking.

3. Unit Availability & Allotment

Unit availability is limited and strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The developer reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any expression of interest or token booking without assigning any reason.

4. Token Booking Amount

Two types of token booking options are currently available:

Token amount will be adjusted towards the total consideration at the time of execution of Agreement for Sale.

5. Pre-Launch Offers & Benefits

All pre-launch discounts, schemes, freebies, and benefits are limited-period offers and can be withdrawn or modified by the developer at any time without prior notice.

6. RERA & Legal Status

The project is RERA registered. However, pre-launch token booking is an “Expression of Interest” only and does not create any legal right or binding obligation until the formal Agreement for Sale is executed and registered.

7. Construction Timeline & Possession

Possession timeline committed by builder is December 2029 (with grace period). RERA possession date is December 2034. Delays due to force majeure, government approvals, or any reason beyond control shall not entitle the allottee to claim compensation until the grace period is exhausted.

8. Specifications & Amenities

Final specifications, amenities list, clubhouse facilities, and common areas are subject to change as per architectural, statutory, or site requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

The developer or its channel partners shall not be liable for any loss arising out of reliance on promotional content, verbal assurances not documented in the final Agreement for Sale.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of this pre-launch token booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

By paying the token amount or submitting your details, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the above terms & conditions.
